Payment Policy

I am currently a provider for many insurance companies including but not limited to: Aetna and Humana. I also accept private pay. Many insurance plans allow their members to see providers who are not a part of their network. Please check with your insurance plan to see if this is an option for you. Payment is due at the time of service.

Cancellation Policy

I understand that life crises do occur and there may be an occasion when you may need to cancel an appointment. If you do not contact me more than 24 hours in advance you will be charged the full cost of the session. Insurance companies do not pay for no-show appointments.
